Strawberry and Pistachio Frozen Yogurt

Serves 12 people
Ingredients
- 900g 0% Fat Strawberry Yogurt 
- 200g Strawberries 
- 2 medium bananas 
- 200 g Fresh Strawberries 
- 150g Pistachios (chopped) ) or flaked almonds 
- 50ml double cream 
Preparation
- Put the ingredients minus the fresh strawberries and he pistachios, in the order listed, in your food processor 
- Start pulsing until they start to blend together and the ingredient mix together to give you a soft serve icream consistency. 
- You will need to stop your food processer decanting the mixture into a lined loaf tin (for ease) Then mix the remaining ingredients before topping with sliced strawberries and chopped pistachios. 
- Chill for 3-8 hours, leaving the frozen yogurt to soften at room temperature if it has set solid.
