Over the past 4 years I have built an extensive recipe portfolio. I love getting inspiration from my travel and my culture. This has allowed me to have the amazing opportunity to create recipes for a variety of restaurants, organisations, food manufacturers and media outlets, as well as more personal events such as weddings and private dinners.

It is super important for me to create a vision from start to finish that reflects the culinary needs of the brands or person.

My attention to detail, consistent style and knowledge of ingredients has allowed me to refine my skills and create beautiful, tasty recipes which I love to share. I have had the incredible opportunity of starring on hit TV show, Crazy Delicious, supporting product launches and creating recipes for national supermarkets and health & fitness brands. These include Ocado, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Nespresso, Heinz, M&M’s, Madedotcom, Jord, Brita, and Circulon and Onken! Assisting with their product development, marketing and content creation!
