Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 240g Chickpeas (400g can) 
- 1 tbsp Mixed herbs 
- 1 tbsp Hot smoked paprika 
- 1 tbsp season all 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
Preperation
- Drain the chickpeas, add to a large bowl 
- Heat oven to 180C fan/gas 4. 
- Tip the chickpeas into a bowl and toss with the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin and coriander. 
- Toss well until the chickpeas are well coated, then tip out onto a baking tray and bake for 30 mins, moving them round the tray halfway through so they dry out evenly and are crunchy. 
- Leave to cool, then store in an airtight container.
