Amazonian Elixir
Ingredients
- 50g Pitaya puree 
- 100g mango 
- 1 Kiwi skin on 
- 2 cm Root ginger 
- 200ml pineapple juice 
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth. 
- Pour the mixture into two glasses to serve.
