The Simpleton
Ingredients
- 1 large banana 
- 40 g oats 
- 200ml Rice milk 
- 50g avocado 
- Toppings: Cacao nibs, grated coconut, ground chia seeds, popped quinoa 
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth. 
- Pour the mixture into two glasses to serve.
