The Simpleton

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana

  • 40 g oats

  • 200ml Rice milk

  • 50g avocado

  • Toppings: Cacao nibs, grated coconut, ground chia seeds, popped quinoa

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into two glasses to serve.
