Popeye
Ingredients
- 1 Banana 
- A handful of spinach 
- 50g oats 
- 2 cm of root ginger 
- 200ml milk 
- 1 tbsp goji berries 
- 1 tsp Maca powder 
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for 1 min on the highest setting until smooth. 
- Pour the mixture into a glass and top with quinoa pops to serve.
